Shipping Policy — Design My Nailzz Online Store

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take 3–7 business days; any longer delays will be communicated by email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL (carrier chosen based on service availability, cost, and destination).
  • Available services include First Class, Priority, and Express for domestic shipments; international options depend on destination.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard: USPS First Class or UPS Ground — estimated delivery 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited: USPS Priority or UPS 2nd Day — estimated 2 business days after processing.
  • Overnight options not available, sorry for the inconvenience.
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout; free standard shipping on orders over $80 (if applicable).

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by country: typically 7–21 business days after processing, depending on customs and local postal services.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. Use the carrier’s tracking link to view current status.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at Nailzzbyladylala4ever@gmail.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.
  • For packages lost or damaged in transit, please email photos of damage and the packaging to Nailzzbyladylala4ever@gmail.com so we can file a claim and assist with replacements or refunds as appropriate.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, return-shipping charges and any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.

International Restrictions & Prohibited Items

  • Some countries restrict cosmetics or adhesive products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure press-on nails and adhesives are allowed in their destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country and not collected by Design My Nailzz Online Store. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
